If ants are such busy workers, how come they find time to go to all the picnics?

The fourth of my friends from work to pick a Christmas gift picked these picnic place mats and matching napkins:
And she found this perfect picnic fabric (here):
The pattern is actually just for the place mats - I figure I can "go commando" on the matching napkins and make them without a pattern! The main thing to watch out for (I'm guessing) is nice corners - right?
That's four down, three to go. I'm really enjoying seeing what everyone picks out!
